Sister Bay Trolley Company is a trolley transport service available exclusively for clients of Northern Haus, Wisconsin’s premier wedding and event venue.

Availability

Sister Bay Trolley Company is available for clients of Northern Haus. We operate all year long. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Guest count

We are able to accommodate 34 guests. If you require transport for more than 34, we are happy to connect you with our preferred partner.

Pricing

Our base rental fee is $1,350, plus service fee and tax, for a 4 hour minimum of total service time. Clients have the option of breaking their service hours apart in two consecutive periods(for example, 2 hours of service time before the event and 2 hours afterwards or 1 hour of service time before the event and 3 hours afterwards). Rental is on an hourly basis - in order to provide safe and efficient transport, we are unable to split service time in increments any smaller than one hour. Additional time may be purchased at $250 per hour.

Please note a 20% service fee and taxes will apply to the total rental price, and mileage surcharges are applicable for airport pickups or other transport outside of Sister Bay.

Gratuity is at the client’s discretion.

Sample Bookings

Scenario I - Evening Wedding (standard 4 hour rental)

Sister Bay Trolley Company shuttles guests from their accommodations around Sister Bay to Northern Haus for the ceremony and reception from 2-3:00pm. Then, trolley is available to shuttle guests home after the reception from 8:30-11:30pm (standard 4 hour rental fee).

Scenario II - Pre-Wedding Photographs (standard 4 hour rental)

Sister Bay Trolley Company shuttles your wedding party to Northern Haus from 3-4pm for photos, then from 4-5pm begins shuttling guests from around Sister Bay to the venue for the ceremony. After the reception, trolley is available for two consecutive hours to shuttle guests and wedding party back to their accommodations (standard 4 hour rental fee).

Scenario III - Non-Consecutive Wedding Service (standard rental with additional service hour)

Sister Bay Trolley Company shuttles guests staying in Sister Bay to Northern Haus from 3-4pm, then transports the wedding party for photos from 5:30-6:30pm. After the reception, trolley is available from 8:30-11:30pm to transport guests and wedding party back to their accommodations in Sister Bay (base four hour rental fee + additional service hour).

Scenario IV - Corporate Event (airport shuttle with additional service hour)

Sister Bay Trolley Company shuttles guests from Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport to Northern Haus from 7-11:00am, then from Northern Haus to their Sister Bay accommodations from 5-6:00pm (base 4 hour rental fee + airport mileage surcharge + one additional service hour).

Scenario V - Large Family Reunion (35+ guests with pickups outside of Sister Bay)

Sister Bay Trolley Company and our preferred partner trolley company shuttle guests from their accommodations in Ephraim (or other nearby area outside of Sister Bay) to Northern Haus from 9-11:00am, and then from Northern Haus to their accommodations from 8-10:00pm (base 4 hour rental fee + mileage surcharge for location outside of Sister Bay + charges from preferred partner)

Policies

Signed contract and 50% deposit are required to reserve a date. Remaining 50% balance is due at least 30 days before the event. All payments are nonrefundable. A transportation surcharge may apply.

Sister Bay Trolley Company exclusively services Northern Haus Clients and the Sister Bay, Wisconsin area.

34 guests maximum; standing space for additional persons is not permitted to ensure the safety of everyone onboard.

Pick up and drop off locations must be provided at the time of booking.

Any refreshments brought onto the trolley must remain on the trolley at all times.

A $500 fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file should the trolley require special cleaning for biohazardous material.

An additional cleaning fee will be applied should the trolley require cleaning of material left by the client or party (decorations, personal affects, etc.)

Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the trolley. A $500 cleaning fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file in cases of smoking onboard, including (but not limited to) cigars, cigarettes, and electronic smoking devices (vaporizers, e-cigarettes, etc.)

Northern Haus and Sister Bay Trolley Company reserve the right to update policies and procedures at any time.
